The International Center for Artistic Development, Inc., is a nonprofit, educational and cultural organization created for the purpose of promoting the understanding and appreciation of the arts through public programs for the diverse peoples and cultures of the world. To encourage the personal and professional growth of artists and art enthusiasts, projects such as festivals, art exhibitions, lectures, workshops, cultural exchanges and cooperative projects are produced by ICAD, in conjunction with other art centers and artists locally, nationally, and internationally.
Located in historic Savage Mill in Savage, Maryland, ICAD offers a wide variety of educational and cultural events intended to encourage the personal and professional growth of artists and art enthusiasts.
