Receives Grant from Dominion Energy Foundation
in Support of Youth & Veteran Educational Farm Tours


GOLDVEIN, VA


Dominion Energy Company awarded a grant to Camp Camellia Tree Farm: Art, Nature, Wildlife, & Technology Center for materials, plus the labor of numerous employees to design, build, and install three bridges over the forest streams, making the forest trails handicapped accessible for tree farm tours for veterans and youth in Agricultural and Natural Resources classes from Fauquier County Schools.

Camp Camellia Tree Farm: Art, Nature, Wildlife & Technology Center is a division of ICAD, International Center for Artistic Development. ICAD dba CCTF is a nonprofit, educational, cultural arts, and forestry organization created for the purpose of promoting the understanding and appreciation of the arts, and natural resources in Forestry through public programs for diverse populations. To encourage the personal and professional growth of artists, art enthusiasts, and nature enthusiasts, ICAD & CCTF produce educational programming such as art exhibition, lectures, workshops, cultural exchanges and cooperative projects, in collaboration with other art and forestry education centers and artists in local, national, and international venues.

Located in Maryland and Virginia, ICAD offers a wide variety of educational and cultural events intended to encourage the personal and professional growth of artists, art enthusiasts, and nature enthusiasts.
